GRAVEL 3.0 motorcycle jeans with aramid reinforcing layer in critic areas for riders looking for an extra layer of resistance. Specially designed Comfort+ crotch area giving maximum freedom of movement. These riding pants feature slim fit and knee shaping darts. Easy to access exterior pockets for SAS-TEC knee protectors make them ready to take on a ride with you every time you need it. During hot days, ventilation panels on thighs provide good air circulation. Thanks to the loop on the back you can easily connect it with your motorcycle jacket. ARAMID INNER REINFORCEMENT LAYER

Aramid reinforcing layer made with 100% DuPont™ Kevlar fibers, designed to protect the body of serious injury while going over the edge. Used in SHIMA clothes, Aramid provides superior protection while maintaining a sleek, classic look and breathability.

REINFORCED DOUBLE SAFE SEAMS

Our specially designed reinforced double safe seams provide extra protection against tearing.

OPTIONAL: SAS-TEC - TAILBONE PROTECTOR

3D-Protector from visco elastic soft foam with outstanding shock absorption values: residual force < 18 kN (Norm, level 2: 20 kN). Perfect fitting in any position of the joint due to a special construction with segment-pieces. Protectors are not destroyed by an impact and can still be used. Protectors are lightweight, washable (remove, hand launder separately / water absorption less than one per cent).

Additional ventilation panels. Air vent panels are areas where it is possible to provide extra airflow without compromising safety. SHIMA Air Vents are made of a specially selected, breathable material.

Comfort

SEAMLESS GUSSET COMFORT+™

Specifically designed for motorcycle jeans, the Comfort+™ technology makes straddling your bike a breeze. A pair of jeans equipped with a Comfort+™ crotch area features a wedge-shaped insert, allowing you to lift your leg higher while keeping your pants sleek and comfortable.

CONNECTING LOOP

Specially prepared loop at the back of the pants to fasten the jacket to the pants. Selected models of SHIMA jackets equipped with a loop with a clip can be connected to these trousers by putting the strap with the clip through the loop on the trousers which is an extension of standard belt loops.

EXTERNAL KNEE PROTECTION POCKETS

In this model, the pocket for knee protectors opens from the outside, which makes it easier to place and remove the protector.

The D-loop key ring is discreetly placed at the front belt loop, provides a gentle touch of styling and also allows you to securely attach your keys to the key ring so it will not get lost.

The proper fitting is user responsibility. The garment should fit snugly but not too tightly: no discomfort should be caused by the clothing when taking your normal riding position and you must be able to reach the controls easily.

To determine the exact size correctly, measure close to the body. The meter should not be tight. When measuring, it' s recommended to wear only lightweight, fitted clothing and stand in a loose but upright position. To make the measurement more accurate, ask for assistance another person. If the measured values are between different sizes - always choose a larger size.

Wash or clean your garment following the washing instructions on the stitched label.

Remove the inner protectors before washing your garment and make sure to insert them again in the dedicated pockets after washing! Never tamper with the garment in any of its parts. When not in use, the garment must be stored in a dry and ventilated place. After use leave it dry in a well ventilated place, at room temperature.

Thinking about your protection they were sewn using double reinforced safe seams. Equipped with an additional layer made from aramid fabric in strategic locations, these jeans ensure protection and abrasion resistance, making you feel confident on your motorcycle.

Designed with the purpose of providing maximum comfort while riding, the GRAVEL 3.0 features seamless crotch construction. Specially designed Comfort+ crotch area giving great mobility while the jeans always look good. What's more, shaping darts on knees, reduce bulges and keep the trousers close to the body.

Hide it in the pocket

GRAVEL 3.0 can be used as a regular denim after removing the protectors. SAS-TEC certified knee and hip protectors are included, while the tailbone protector is optional. The jeans have easy to access external knee protection and strategically placed internal pockets for hip protection.

Details

GRAVEL 3.0 jeans are equipped with a D-buckle key attachment and a connecting loop that allows you to pair them to your SHIMA jacket. Discreet details are distinguished by their smart look. When the temperature reaches a high level, you can open the thigh ventilation panels and increase air circulation.
