The SANSA motorcycle jeans are a unique combination of functionality and safety. The lining is made of aramid fiber which provides additional abrasion protection and is resistant to high temperatures. The shape of the trousers is made for motorcycle position with additional elastic panels in the tailbone area. Comfort+™ panel in the crotch construction eliminates the seams for maximum comfort. CE certified knee and hips protectors are included. You can equip your jeans with an additional tailbone protector (sold separately). The jeans are equipped with reflective elements for enhanced visibility in the dark and the D-buckle above the front pocket for easy use of the key ring. At the back of the trousers there is a special loop for fast connection of trousers to the women’s SHIMA jackets.

ARAMID INNER REINFORCEMENT LAYER

Aramid reinforcing layer made with 100% DuPont™ Kevlar fibers, designed to protect the body of serious injury while going over the edge. Used in SHIMA clothes, Aramid provides superior protection while maintaining a sleek, classic look and breathability.

OPTIONAL: SAS-TEC - TAILBONE PROTECTOR

3D-Protector from visco elastic soft foam with outstanding shock absorption values: residual force < 18 kN (Norm, level 2: 20 kN). Perfect fitting in any position of the joint due to a special construction with segment-pieces. Protectors are not destroyed by an impact and can still be used. Protectors are lightweight, washable (remove, hand launder separately / water absorption less than one per cent).

INTERNAL POCKETS FOR KNEE AND HIP PROTECTORS

Internal pockets for protectors allow easy insertion and removal of protectors.

ELASTIC PANELS

Specially designed flexible areas as harmonics make the model guarantee freedom of movement. The accumulation of material within the panels further improves the protection of selected body parts.

SEAMLESS GUSSET COMFORT+™

Specifically designed for motorcycle jeans, the Comfort+™ technology makes straddling your bike a breeze. A pair of jeans equipped with a Comfort+™ crotch area features a wedge-shaped insert, allowing you to lift your leg higher while keeping your pants sleek and comfortable.

CONNECTING LOOP

Specially prepared loop at the back of the pants to fasten the jacket to the pants. Selected models of SHIMA jackets equipped with a loop with a clip can be connected to these trousers by putting the strap with the clip through the loop on the trousers which is an extension of standard belt loops.

D-LOOP KEY ATTACHMENT

The D-loop key ring is discreetly placed at the front belt loop, provides a gentle touch of styling and also allows you to securely attach your keys to the key ring so it will not get lost.

The proper fitting is user responsibility. The garment should fit snugly but not too tightly: no discomfort should be caused by the clothing when taking your normal riding position and you must be able to reach the controls easily.

To determine the exact size correctly, measure close to the body. The meter should not be tight. When measuring, it' s recommended to wear only lightweight, fitted clothing and stand in a loose but upright position. To make the measurement more accurate, ask for assistance another person. If the measured values are between different sizes - always choose a larger size.

Instructions & Certificates

Wash or clean your garment following the washing instructions on the stitched label.

Remove the inner protectors before washing your garment and make sure to insert them again in the dedicated pockets after washing! Never tamper with the garment in any of its parts. When not in use, the garment must be stored in a dry and ventilated place. After use leave it dry in a well ventilated place, at room temperature.

• Do not leave it permanently exposed to high or low temperatures

• Do not use dryer or other heating devices

To clean the protectors:

• Remove dirt with a damp cloth only; for heavier soiling use damp cloths or soft brushes with lukewarm water (max 40°C).

• Do not wash under running water

• Do not use hot water, solvents or other chemicals to clean the protector

Comfort+™

The special crotch construction used in SHIMA motorbike jeans allows you to easily ride a motorcycle. The wedge has a wedge that allows for a higher leg height, while maintaining the slimness of the trousers and positively influencing the comfort of the seat.

Elastic panel

The trousers' line is shaped to conform to your riding posture thanks to the additional stretch panel in the tailbone areas.
