The HERO 2.0 is your favourite textile trousers in a new version! Equipped with a removable warming layer and a NextDry™ waterproof membrane, they are a model with multi-season functionality. Your safety is ensured by a set of breathable knee (lvl 2) and hip (lvl 1) protectors as well as numerous reflective elements. In vulnerable areas (knee and bottom area), the durable, abrasion- and tear-resistant CORDURA® fabric is used. Additionally, the trousers are equipped with an extensive ventilation system - they have innovative large panels on the thighs, providing various possibilities of air flow regulation. The multi-level adjustment system allows you to tailor the trousers to your own preferences. For your comfort, the HERO 2.0 is equipped with elastic panels (knee area), functional cargo pockets and inserts made from anti-slip fabric. These ensure a firm ride and avoid slipping. Thanks to connecting zippers you can pair the trousers with a dedicated jacket. Remember that the set is available in several colour options and a wide range of sizes. Also in a women's option.

The jacket comes with a dedicated heating layer and a windproof and waterproof NextDry™ micropore membrane. The membrane helps cut off the flow of air and protects against soaking. Sleeve cuff pullers and a fast, intuitively marked fastening system ensure comfort and trouble-free use.

The suit gives you possibility to combine different size pants with different size of jacket using one of the compatible zipper. Thanks to standard connecting zippers you could also pair each one with other SHIMA products.

GRIP FABRIC INSERTS

For your convenience, the trousers feature a grip fabric insert on the rear. Special grip material on seat area ensure firm riding and no sliding.

The proper fitting is user responsibility. The garment should fit snugly but not too tightly: no discomfort should be caused by the clothing when taking your normal riding position and you must be able to reach the controls easily.

To determine the exact size correctly, measure close to the body. The meter should not be tight. When measuring, it' s recommended to wear only lightweight, fitted clothing and stand in a loose but upright position. To make the measurement more accurate, ask for assistance another person. If the measured values are between different sizes - always choose a larger size.

Wash or clean your garment following the washing instructions on the stitched label.

Remove the inner protectors before washing your garment and make sure to insert them again in the dedicated pockets after washing! Never tamper with the garment in any of its parts. When not in use, the garment must be stored in a dry and ventilated place. After use leave it dry in a well ventilated place, at room temperature.

Care Instructions for HERO 2.0 TROUSERS:

• Before washing detach each layer

• Use mild detergent

• Do not use fabric softener

• Hand wash 30°C

• Do not bleach

• No dry cleaning

• No wringing

• Drip dry verticaly in shade

Use same instructions as above for cleaning waterproof membrane and haeting leayer.

To clean the protectors:

• Remove dirt with a damp cloth only; for heavier soiling use damp cloths or soft brushes with lukewarm water (max 40°C).

• Do not wash under running water

• Do not use hot water, solvents or other chemicals to clean the protector

• Use specific products for cleaning and maintaining leather

• Do not leave exposed to direct sunlight

• Do not leave it permanently exposed to high or low temperatures

• Do not use dryer or other heating devices

Good for all weathers

HERO 2.0 is a perfect model for both cold and hot days. It has 3 layers, thanks to which you will be prepared for any weather. Heating layer will keep you optimal warm. The high quality NextDry™ membrane will protect you in unexpected rain. Both inner layers are quick and easy to remove. You can store them in the large waterproof extra pocket at rear of the jacket of the same collection HERO 2.0 or in the AYRO backpack. Wearing just only the trousers, without any additional layers, you'll feel nice chill. With the HERO 2.0 triusers you can travel in any weather.

For your safety

Not only your thermal comfort is important. Most of all your safety is important for us. The trousers HERO 2.0 come equipped with the knee (lvl 2) and hip (lvl 1) protectors AirForce™ by SHIMA. Additionally, you can equip your trousers with an SAS-TEC tailbone protector (sold separately). Your safety is also enhanced by reflective panels to improve your visibility after dark.

Additional reinforcement

Durability and long life are surely features of the HERO 2.0 trousers. Mainly the CORDURA® material reinforcement are responsible for it. It’s located in strategically areas – one the knees and at tha back – and increases the durability of the trousers. The CORDURA® material is known for its resistance to abrasion and tear. Additionally, these trousers have the grip fabric inserts at the back. And all of this for your extra safety.

Practical fit

The HERO 2.0 trousers are a very practical model. It’s equipped with big and comfortable "cargo" pockets – you can store there lot of important stuff. It’s a great choice for motorcyclists who like comfort and good fit. Elastic panels located in key areas enable great freedom of movement. Thanks to the connecting zippers, 360° and the short zipper, you can combine the trousers with different models of SHIMA jackets. And the mix&match system allows you to pair different trousers sizes with different jackets sizes! Additionally, the HERO 2.0 model has an leg width adjustment. It’s available in 2 color versions and really wide range of sizes.

Ventilation – all under control!

When you remove the additional layers the jacket HORIZON transforms into a proper hi-flow summer jacket! It’s possible thanks to a unique expanded ventilation system. The trousers have large panels on the thighs – that gives you different options of temperature control. Thanks to you can adjust this to your preferences. The ventilation system with air-tankes helps regulate temperature and airflow inside the trousers. The HERO 2.0 is a model for the all 4 seasons!
