SOLID PRO is an urban jacket with a sporty style. It is ideal for clothing minimalists thanks to its universal character. Equipped with a standard set of polymer protectors with a memory effect, external shoulder sliders and reinforcements made of an additional layer of durable material on the elbows and shoulders provides full protection. Thanks to its ergonomic design with a slightly sporty position and the flexible fabric inserts, as well as special harmonic panels in the elbow area, it gives the feeling of a neat fit and ensures that the protector will always remain in place without hindering mobility. SOLID PRO is featured by its multi-seasonal functionality. The set includes two additional insulation layers - a warming vest and waterproof NextDry™ membrane, which can be easily removed when the temperature on the road rises. During warm summer days, you can enjoy pleasant air flow by using the ventilation panels located in the upper chest, shoulders and back. In addition, the jacket has an air-vent along the entire length of the main zipper and a cleverly designed collar to fit the clasp when the vent is opened and guarantee comfort in all conditions. The SOLID PRO model has been sewn using high density X-Shell weave fabric and double reinforced safe seams technology, which has created a jacket that is both safe and looks exceptional thanks to its matt surface. Discreet, numerous Night Vision System reflective panels provide excellent visibility at any time of a day. EXTERNAL SHOULDER SLIDERS

The jacket is equipped with external shoulder sliders, which protect the rider in case of an impact. Thanks to high quality shoulder sliders you will ensure your safety during everyday riding.

THICK FABRIC REINFORCEMENT ON SHOULDERS AND ELBOWS

The jacket has additional reinforcement made of durable material in the areas most exposed for injuries. An additional layer of high-resistance fabric sewn under the top layer provides additional protection.

REINFORCED DOUBLE SAFE SEAMS

Our specially designed reinforced double safe seams provide extra protection against tearing.

REMOVABLE HEATING LAYER & NEXTDRY™ WATERPROOF MEMBRANE

The jacket comes with a dedicated heating layer and a windproof and waterproof NextDry™ micropore membrane. The membrane helps cut off the flow of air and protects against soaking. Sleeve cuff pullers and a fast, intuitively marked fastening system ensure comfort and trouble-free use.

H3 HEAT FREE SYSTEM : EXTRA LONG FRONT AIR VENT

H3 Heat Free System in this case is an additional ventilation panel located along the entire length of the central zipper, which will provide comfort during hot days.

Additional ventilation panels. Air vent panels are areas where it is possible to provide extra airflow without compromising safety. SHIMA Air Vents are made of a specially selected, breathable material.

EVOLINK : LAYER CONNECTING SYSTEM

The jacket features an EvoLINK system dedicated for optional cooling or heating vest. These vests could make you riding possible and more comfortable even with unpredictable weather conditions, the intuitively-marked fasteners make removing and reapplying the whole set a breeze.

Specially designed flexible areas as harmonics make the model guarantee freedom of movement. The accumulation of material within the panels further improves the protection of selected body parts.

BREATHABLE ELASTIC INSERTS

Breathable panels are places where additional airflow can be activated safely. They are made of properly selected material with increased air permeability. In addition, the ventilation panels in this model are constructed of extremely flexible material, which increases comfort and convenience.

WIDTH ADJUSTMENT

The width adjustment system used in the product increases the level of safety, significantly affects the comfort of use and guarantees a good appearance.

CONNECTING ZIPPERS: 360° + SHORT ZIPPER

Pair of standard connecting zippers enable you to connect your SHIMA pants with SHIMA jackets. Use the 360° zipper for maximum safety, of the short zipper to increase comfort.

The proper fitting is user responsibility. The garment should fit snugly but not too tightly: no discomfort should be caused by the clothing when taking your normal riding position and you must be able to reach the controls easily.

To determine the exact size correctly, measure close to the body. The meter should not be tight. When measuring, it' s recommended to wear only lightweight, fitted clothing and stand in a loose but upright position. To make the measurement more accurate, ask for assistance another person. If the measured values are between different sizes - always choose a larger size.

Instructions & Certificates

Wash or clean your garment following the washing instructions on the stitched label.

Remove the inner protectors before washing your garment and make sure to insert them again in the dedicated pockets after washing! Never tamper with the garment in any of its parts. When not in use, the garment must be stored in a dry and ventilated place. After use leave it dry in a well ventilated place, at room temperature.

Care Instructions for SOLID PRO jacket:

• Before washing detach each layer

• Use mild detergent

• Do not use fabric softener

• Hand wash 30°C

• Do not bleach

• No dry cleaning

• No wringing

• Drip dry verticaly in shade

Use same instructions as above for cleaning waterproof membrane and haeting leayer.

To clean the protectors:

• Remove dirt with a damp cloth only; for heavier soiling use damp cloths or soft brushes with lukewarm water (max 40°C)

• Do not wash under running water

• Do not use hot water, solvents or other chemicals to clean the protector

• Use specific products for cleaning and maintaining leather

• Do not leave exposed to direct sunlight

• Do not leave it permanently exposed to high or low temperatures

• Do not use dryer or other heating devices

Sporty design

SOLID PRO was created as a city jacket with sporty design. The ergonomic construction means that some parts are already curved for a slightly sporty position. Thanks to elastic material panels on elbows you have greater range of movement while breathable fabric inserts on sleeves and back ensure smooth fit. SOLID PRO comes with external TPU sliders and additional fabric reinforcement on shoulders and elbows. SHIMA ADVANCED PROTECTION stand for our philosophy of making more secure products. SAP logo label means that on design level the product has been prepared for taking into account different types of crashes riders involve into and has been prepared for handle them.

Multi-seasonal functionality

The SOLID PRO has 2 additional removable layers. What makes it easy to adjust the heating or waterproofing if necessary. When weather is getting sticky you could cool your body off using ventilation panels placed in upper chest, forearms and back area. For even more effective airflow we redesigned long H3- zip air-vent located alongside the main zipper. So you could quickly turn the zipper into an efficient large ventilation panel.

Advanced protection

Jacket is equipped with set of standard polymer protectors certified with european standards. SHIMA ArmorPlus back protector as well as shoulder and elbow protectors are included in set which you could extend by optional SAS-TEC chest protector - sold separately. SOLID PRO was crafted with high density X-Shell weave fabric and double reinforced safe seams for the best level of protection. The X-Shell fabric contains a mix of tightly-woven polyester and polyamide fibres. Thanks to this, the fabric has a semi-matte sheen and is pleasant to the touch. An Additional, external PU layer has been molded with the fibers featuring an additional hygroscopic overlay to prevent water.

Comfort fitting

SOLID PRO was detailed with attention. To provide maximum usability, the jacket features width adjustment and also possibility to fit the collar. The fitting can be adjusted by a movable snap fastener. If you want to pair your jacket with SHIMA trousers you can easily do it with one of the available connecting zippers: 360 or short zipper depending on your needs.

Hide me

Wondering what to do with the gloves when you get off the motorcycle? The jacket has a back pocket for the gloves so that they wouldn't get stuck anywhere. The pocket is almost imperceptible and what's more, it can be used to hide other small items while riding. This model is equipped with numerous reflective panels for better exposure after dark. These reflective inserts, made with microspherical glass fibers, remain discreet and stylish part of jacket design during the daytime and provide the perfect visibility after dark.
